How it works
1) Register
Register via the green "Register now" button as a buyer or as a supplier. Choose the time slots that are suitable for you.
As a supplier you’ll also have to choose the number of meetings you’re seeking.
Complete your registration by creating your business profile for the event.
2) Publish a business profile
Create an informative profile to raise your visibility on this platform and showcase what you need.
Describe who you are, what you can offer to potential business partners and who you want to meet.
A good profile will generate significantly more meeting requests - it will be visible before, during and after the event
3) Find promising profiles
Once you’ve created your profile, you can find the business opportunities that interest you by browsing through the Participants section.
You have the option to filter profiles based on country, business field, organization type, etc.
Bookmarking a profile using the blue icon lets you mark the most promising ones
4) Send & receive meeting requests
The more active you are the better - send meeting requests to the most promising business opportunities, so you can meet at the event.Be specific on why you want to meet, it would increase the chance that your request gets accepted.
Incoming meeting requests have to be accepted to be scheduled, once scheduled you get the time slot for the meeting. Shortly before the event you will receive your meeting schedule by email.
